Eye gymnastics - tips and exercises

In a modern city inhabitant, the eyes are almost around the clock and quickly get tired. This leads to vision problems. Even those who have not yet complained about pain over the centuries should rest. This can be done with the help of special exercises. They will strengthen the eye cords and help get rid of fatigue.

Ophthalmic Rules for Loading

Like any gymnastics, the eye leads to a positive result only with regularity. You need to follow all the recommendations and follow the number of approaches.

Ophthalmic charging is aimed at training the eye muscles through tension and relaxation.

Relaxation

The eyeball is surrounded by muscles. There are connections inside - they are responsible for changing the curvature of the lens. If a person does not relax the eye muscles, then over time he loses this ability. As a result, myopia is acquired.

To avoid this, it is enough to learn to weaken the tension of the connections with the help of special exercises. They will warn the appearance of myopia or stop its progress.

For the muscles of the eyes and cervix, movement is useful. As you work with objects nearby, the muscles are tense, stirring. This leads to impaired blood supply.

The following actions will help:

  1. Relax, close the eyelids - it is important not to strain any part of the face;

This is a classic exercise of ophthalmic charging. Experts call it the main technique of relaxation.

Performance:

Tension

This charging has been developed to prevent ophthalmic diseases in Chinese students. It retains the ability to see and strengthen the nerves and looks more like a massage of the eyelids.

The set includes only four exercises:

  • Step 1. Find the recesses above the inner corners of the eyelids. The palm trees should look up and be open. Then attach four fingers to the forehead. With its thumb, the massage raises 25-30 times.
  • Step 2. Press the pillows of the index fingers of the bridge of the nose on both sides - where it connects to the inner corners of the eyes. Make circular motions 25-30 times.
  • Step 3. Index fingers massage the points located on the same horizontal with the wings of the nose. To find the right place, connect the index and the middle fingers. Put them on the wings of the nose. The desired area is behind them. It should be massaged in circular motions 25-30 times.

Neck and face

The working muscles enter the bloodstream and with it nutrients. But the eye muscles are very small. Working with them alone, you cannot attract enough blood to saturate the visual apparatus with oxygen and nutrients.

Experts advise first to heat the neck and then the face. Then the blood flow will go to the upper body and reach the organs of vision.

Procedure:

  1. Tighten the second chin and turn your head left and right to heat the back and cervical muscles.
  2. Reduce the lower jaw to the border, tighten the muscles of the face, imitating a surprise. Then stretch the closed lips and click, imitating pleasure.

Such cycles must be made at least 5.

At this stage you may notice that the vision has become more clear. You can now continue directly to the eyes:

  1. Watch horizontally, translating apples from left to the right;
  2. Look up and down;
  3. Sow on the bridge of the nose and look up and down-2 extreme points should fall into the field at the top and bottom;
  4. repeat with extreme external points;
  5. Watch diagonally, then another diagonal up and down.

All actions are performed at a speed of 1 movement per second. The number of repetitions is 20-50. Movements can be made with both open and closed centuries, but it will be more difficult.

If the visual organs rotate with difficulty during these exercises, it means that the muscles are very weakened. Training in such cases is particularly useful. After that, there should be the feeling that the eyes are warm.
